If the blogger has not yet acquired an independent domain but uses free blog hosting services (mail.ru, wordpress.com, etc.), give him a new blog name. For example, if his blog was called antonplusanya.wordpress.com, give him the domain antonplusanya.ru.
If your blogger already has an independent domain, then give him top-level domains with the same name. For example, if a blogger has a seoparen.ru domain, give him seoparen.com, seoparen.me, seoparen.net.
