10 Rules of Blogger`s Lifestyle

When you become a blogger, and consequently, after a while, you try to be both an SEO and a webmaster, it means that you have to sit down for a long time. That is your choice (often unexpected even for yourself), so it affects your behavior, interests, and priorities in life.

Remember that life is only a gift once. To ensure that the desire to do what you love is not gone, that you can live life to the fullest, follow the rules that I have deduced from my own life.

1. Physical exercise is vital

A sedentary lifestyle is associated with HUGE health risks. Well, the first and most common aberration is a panic attack (formerly vegetovascular dystonia). That’s why any active sport is a must in your daily schedule.

Swimming, yoga, jogging, and bicycling are especially recommended. These are all rhythmic activities, which develop a person’s functional capabilities and therefore synchronize the work of all body systems. Consult your doctor before you start training.

2. Healthy food

Stop using massive doses of caffeine. For example, if you drink coffee, buy only expensive ones and don’t use any other kind. Cut back on tea.

Take care of the issue of quality nutrition. Remember the important rule that the essential daily diet should consist only of those products that grow in the region where you live. Also, if you eat meat, choose animals that live in your area.

3. Being positive in everything

All the information entering through the Internet is a large stream you don’t even notice. If your conscious mind doesn’t notice something, your subconscious mind absorbs it all. Therefore, you are flooded with necessary and needless knowledge. Because of the overwhelming amount of negative information, you will react much more sensitively than before.

Stop watching programs about crime, murder, witches, etc.

4. Mental development

Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism, and any other religion that allows you to grow spiritually should be embraced as you see fit. By not engaging with the good values of millions, you limit your understanding of the world and prevent yourself from living life to the fullest.

Let it even be atheism, which means believing in the self-sufficiency of the natural world. In that case, study the laws of nature and develop a belief in the uniqueness of our world.

5. Being in touch with the nature

Make it a rule to relax in nature at least once a week, especially in summer! Go to the bar at the stadium. The city beach or a park is highly welcomed too.

In winter, if possible, spend at least one day a week on skis.

6. Family

Rethink the importance of family, though it’s complicated to take your mind off work when it’s addictive. Find strength and remember that family is the only people who love you sincerely. Give them your love first and foremost.

Even if there are quarrels and resentments in your family against one of the family members, try to overcome yourself and make a step towards them, even if not compelling. But in the constant striving to make the family better, you will find happiness.

7. Hiking

Have at least a 5 km walk before going to bed, about an hour of physical activity. It’s emotionally soothing, and physically it serves the body as a prophylactic against many illnesses.

8. Eye gymnastics

Do eye exercises every morning. The eyes are your work tool, used in an elevated mode.

9. Communication with colleagues

Conferences, meetings, tea parties with colleagues that’s what will distract you from the constant stream of thoughts. Don’t save money on such important events because your life is in progress. Instead, get the joy of communicating with people who are similar to you.

Remember that if you have a lunch break of 1 hour, it should definitely be spent not at the computer.

10. Love

Love is life’s most powerful stimulant. So don’t upset the person who you love. Instead, just forgive him for the minor grievances.

A blogger, SEO, or webmaster will conclude that it is vitally important to follow all or part of these rules one day or another. One might say that these are the rules of life. But, most importantly, be sure to add more rules of your own, which will help you feel harmony in life, family, and work.
