About me

Hi everyone,

Welcome to SEOGeorge.com. You are in the About me section of this blog.

Firstly, what is SEOGeorge.com?

SEO George is a blog for bloggers and search engine marketers who want to learn about:

  • Blogging, from the first post to a profitable blog
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Social media marketing (SMM)
  • Affiliate marketing
  • Google AdSense
  • Email marketing
  • WordPress management, plugins, and theme development

What you’ll find on the blog

On SEO George, I share practical guides, field notes, and technical deep-dives based on hands-on work with websites. You’ll find step-by-step tutorials on SEO and WordPress, tips for growing a blog and earning with AdSense and affiliate marketing, and updates on search engine changes, Core Web Vitals, and blockchain. Whether you’re launching your first blog or improving an established site, the goal is the same: clear advice you can put into practice right away.

How the blog is organized

The menu splits the articles into two groups. Content covers blogging, WordPress, blockchain, and other topics from life online. Technical is for the hands-on side of running a site: AdSense, Core Web Vitals, CSS, search engines, technical SEO, and webmaster tasks. Each category page opens with a short overview, so you can see what it covers before you start reading. If you’re not sure where to begin, the latest articles on the homepage show what I’m writing about right now.

About the author

I’m George, an SEO and AEO consultant and a graduate of Florida International University. I’ve worked on website performance optimization for more than 10 years, helping over 30 businesses make their sites faster and easier to find.

Most of my work is technical: Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, and CLS), page speed, technical SEO, and analytics setup. I’m certified in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads, and I work with PHP, CSS, and Apache when a fix has to happen in the code. Much of my client work has been in travel and transportation, along with e-commerce sites and startups that need help from the first stage of a project. With my team, I also offer custom software development and IT consulting.

Who I write for

Most readers here fall into one of three groups. Bloggers want more visitors and a steady income from their writing. Webmasters and developers need to keep their sites fast, indexed, and secure. Marketers follow how search and online advertising change from year to year. I write with all three in mind: a plain explanation first, then the technical details for anyone who wants to go deeper.
